Description

This project was for PCS/PCN Trending & Fault Tolerance, including developed Separate Continue Alarm Display and Print-out, Additional Console for Trending Display, Controller and Calculation Display Update, PID Face-plate Functionality, System Redundancy including enhance Proposed I/O Server node configuration design in HangTuah, script modification on PCS InTouch application, Software / Hardware upgrading, Alarm and Data Logger Management to comply with the operating requirement of the PCS system specification base on ConocoPhillips Indonesia Standard and Design.

Based on report on HangTuah Field MOgPU Process Control System handover from ABB/Silver Tech System to ConocoPhillips Indonesia Operation Team, there is a lot of standing works that must be evaluated and investigated for its solution to bring the system to its final version of functional design specification and also to enhance the system for its reliability and accurate data supply. In response on this condition, ConocoPhillips Indonesia has requested ITB to accurately evaluate the existing PCS system, and then based on this evaluation, ITB shall coordinate with ConocoPhillips Team to reconfigure, modify and up-grade the system to build a more reliable, efficient and accurate PCSand reliable connectivity to PCN. To complete this mission, ITB shall perform the necessary evaluation, planning and action for modification and enhancement of HangTuah Field PCS to comply with the operating requirement of the PCS system specification. PT SPC personnel were working for ITB in executing this project.
