Project Name:Pseudo-Metering & Its Automation for Kijing/Keong/Tembang & Belida Wells
Client: PT. ConocoPhillips Indonesia
Implementation: 2003
Description
In June 2001, Conoco started to deliver gas to Singapore from four gases well. The four gas wells are BG-01, BG-02, Tembang-4, and Tembang-5. Every well has the individual flow meter to know the current rate and totalized to get daily volume. For BG-01 and BG-02, we have star pack at DPPA platform as individual flow meter, that still working until today. For T-4 and T-5, we have choke meter at every single sub sea well, but it was broken and couldn’t use for allocation purpose. Due to broken at Sub Sea choke meter we used Deliverability curve to calculate the current flow rate and daily volume production for allocation purpose.
In July 2002, Conoco started to deliver gas to Malaysia as second gas sale agreement. We have 5 wells to support this. The wells are Keong-1, Keong-2, Keong-3, and Kijing-3. At all the GSA-2 wells, we have the some problem with Tembang-4 and Tembang-5 problem. We couldn’t use choke meter to know the flow rate and to calculate the daily volume production for allocation purpose. We used the same method with Tembang wells, to know the flow rate and to calculate the daily volume production for allocation purpose.
Base on background above, we need software application to calculate daily volume with deliverability method, and automatically save to the database for allocation raw data. PT SPC personnel were working for LAPI ITB in executing this project.
Scope of Work
1. Creating Virtual Metering to change the existing Flow meter using Deliverability Method for well Tembang-4
2. Creating Virtual Metering to change the existing Flow meter using Deliverability Method for well Tembang-5
3. Creating Virtual Metering to change the existing Flow meter using Deliverability Method for well Keong-1
4. Creating Virtual Metering to change the existing Flow meter using Deliverability Method for well -2
5. Creating Virtual Metering to change the existing Flow meter using Deliverability Method for well Keong-3
6. Creating Virtual Metering to change the existing Flow meter using Deliverability Method for well Kijing-3
7. Configuring Rules for Flow Meter stream 1, 2, 3 in GSA-2
8. Configuring rules for GSA-2 automation. The total volume for stream-1, stream-2, stream-3 must be validated so it matched the GSA-2 mass balance.
9. Data validation for data captured from SCADA for GSA-2 purpose.
10. Modification for Allocation Engine to fulfill the Data Validation.
11. Addition of Number of Attribution to Mass Balance Application.
12. Pre-Scoping for Kakap Field (Predefine Kakap data for FDC)
