Description

Every month, Conoco produces and sends the Monthly Report to Pertamina. The Monthly Report are: Block B Gas Production and Distribution, Laporan Produksi Minyak dan Gas Bumi, Laporan Produksi per Daerah Penghasil – Gas, Laporan Produksi per Daerah penghasil – Oil, Monthly Production Summary – Belida, Monthly Production Summary – Sembilang, Perkiraan Pencapaian Produksi Gas, Perkiraan Pencapaian Produksi Minyak, Test for Oil in Produced Water, Well Status, Well Test Summary – Belida, Well Test Summary – Sembilang, Work Over and Well Service. Conoco must send the Montly Report to Pertamina for maximum 20 days after the end of the month for every Monthly Report.

FDC actually has been configured the Monthly Report to Pertamina so it automatically acquired the data from field both from automatic capture and manual input from operator and then generated the Monthly Report to Pertamina. In actual fact the Monthly Report to Pertamina must be validated by Reservoir Engineer and Production Engineer in order to make sure that the Report sent to Pertamina contains valid data. Besides validation, Conoco also add some manual data that FDC did not capture to the Report, caused some Report must be reproduced in MS Excel format.

Base on background above, The Monthly Report to Pertamina need to be reconfigured so it fulfills Conoco need in validating the Monthly Report and add Manual Data Interfacing tool to the Monthly Report in FDC. Besides Monthly Report to Pertamina, Conoco need to reconfigure the Dry Gas Operation Overview on Conoco Intranet by adding some data from BG-01, BG-02, Associate Gas, USM, SSGB Inter GSA, SSGB WNG/WNTS and refresh it every hours. In this project, PT.SPC personnel were working for LAPI ITB in executing the project.
