Description

ConocoPhillips Indonesia Inc. LTD has already installed refrigeration and a Compressor at HangTuah and Belida Field to support the sales of gas to Malaysia and Singapore. These equipments are needed to solve the gas sales quality issues and to ensure the continuation of gas supply from Belida. These equipments installation are included in BBFE project.

Belida will be an independent Gas Processing Facility, as same as HangTuah. There will be two options; the first is gas exported from Belida is within on specifications quality, and is metered on HangTuah and other option is gas exported from Belida to be processed on HangTuah (as it is).

For this modification, the new tags will be created in InSQL and particularly take impact for FDC Gas Allocation Data Interfacing and FDC Automatic Hourly Report. In this project, PT.SPC personnel were working for LAPI ITB in executing the project.

a. Create new tags into FDC-InSQL
b. Adding new tags into FDC Application using FDC-InSQL Interfacing System

3. Modification on Gas Allocation Schema

a. FDC-InSQL Reconfiguration
b. FDC Rule Data Configuration

4. Gas Export Compressor Fuel

a. Create a new SCADA ID at FDC-InSQL
b. Create rule of expert system of GEC Fuel
c. Create custom variable at FDC Application System

5. Reporting

a. New Refrigerant DPPA Belida Allocation Gas Meter
b. New Refrigerant LGP Belida Gas Chromatograph
c. Modification of ADGF Hourly Report
