Description

Operating and maintenance costs include the day-to-day costs keeping the equipment running. It is wise to keep these estimates on the conservative side since the economic analysis will contribute to a prudent financial judgment. To estimate and maintain the equipment, Maintenance Equipment needs actual and latest data of equipment running hours.

There are two type of equipment, Reset able Equipment and Non-Reset able Equipment. For Reset able Equipment, running hours will be reset to zero after overhaul. For Non-Reset able Equipment, running hours will continue even overhaul happen.
In actual fact, Maintenance Engineers have to call operator in field to get valid data of equipment running hours.

Base on background above, FDC need to be adding manual data interfacing tool to capture Equipment Running Hours from field so it fulfills with ConocoPhillips need to maintain the equipment. So Maintenance Engineers will get the latest data of equipment running hours every day. PT SPC personnel were working for LAPI ITB in executing this project.

Scope of Work

1. FDC Database Preparation

a. Configure database for equipment running hours
b. Create table for equipment running hours
c. Create procedure for daily auto calculation
d. Configure equipment properties data

2. Data Upload

a. Upload equipment data for HangTuah
b. Upload equipment data for DPPA, LGP,& WHPB
c. Upload equipment data for Intan
d. Upload equipment data for Sembilang
e. Rearrange equipment according to their status (reset or non-reset)

3. FDC Application Configuration

a. Create new user interface for equipment running hours
b. Create add equipment function
c. Create remove specific equipment function
d. Create remove specific equipment date-based function
e. Add security check for removing specific equipment data
f. Configure necessary site (DPPA, LGP, WHPB, HangTuah, Sembilang, Intan) to display new interface
g. Modify facility configuration for new interface
h. Modify FDC Data Browser for equipment running hours
i. Functionality Test and data Q/C
