Scope of Works:
- Software cheking for PLC and Human Machine Interface including
- HMI for PCS Applications
- RS-LOGIX 5 and RS LOGIX 500 to define additional I/O Tags for Vendor Package Applications
- I/O Server for all Vendor Package PLC-5s and SLC-505s
- Data clean-up of all database I/O tags
- Material supply consisting of
- Three units of RAID 5 Repository Servers with back-up System applications c/w Magneto Optical Media to support 80 GB active data and 50 GB historian data
- RS-LOGIX 500 for SLC-505 Programming
- RS-LOGIX 5 for PLC-5 Programming
- RS-LINX Professional for Allen Bradley PLC-5S AND slc-505
- PCMCIA Card for RS-LOGIX 5 & 500
- Software modification for PCS, covering
- I/O Servers Installation on ST001 and ST002 for all direct Ethernet Link from Vendor Package PLC-5S and SLC-505s (Turbine Generator #1 and #2
- I/O Server configuration set-up for all Turbine Generator PLC #1 and PLC #2, Gas compressor PLC #1 and PLC #2 and Sales Gas meter Skid SLC-505
- I/O Server installation and configuration set-up for all redundant PLC-5S AND slc-505
- Human Machine Interface Software modifications. This scope will cover applications for Vent Skimmer, Temperature Transmitter Addition to Enhance Gas Metering System and Third Party Equipments Display (Turbine Generator A, B, C, Gas compressor A and B, Emergency Diesel Generator, Instrument air Skid, Water Maker Skid, Nitrogen Generator, Hypochlorite Skid)
- Evaluation of process Control Network performance by investigating the route of packet transmission from one station to other stations (From a Network Switch to a HMI node)
- RS-LOGIC 500 and HMI software modification to accommodate the Temperature Transmitter Temperature Transmitter to the PCS will need to modify the gas metering system. The addition of the to consider the effect of temperature to the metering system. The existing metering program is stored at gas flow computer system coordinated under SLC 500 PLC system
- Modification of HMI Applications, to provide User Interface for personnel to perform Set/Reset Test commands to block valves, where generally this feature is required by personnel as the powerful tool to verify the signaling command from Control Room to Shut Down (Fail to Close) and Blow Down (Fail to Open) Valves.
- Investigating the ground faults condition on comm. 1 and 2 Eqgle Quantum Fire and Gas Southside loop
- Investigation the cause that fault indication on Fire and Gas Kidde Pannel not reporting to the Operator Interface Station (OIS) display or fault log. The correction of this situation will need to modify the HMI and OIS programs
- Modification of PCS/HMI Application software to accommodate some other changes on hardware configuration of PCS/PCN system related to Fire & Gas and ESD System
- Study on the sizing of Uninterruptible Power Supply System (UPS) suitable for all control logic subsystem of HangTuah Field PCS
- VLAN setting for HangTuah PCS/PCN that will group the PCN configuration
- Perform spare philosophy assessment (20%)
- Functional and integration test of overall system
- Modification and reconfiguration as required by commissioning results.
