Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are lead indicators that measure how well a service’s internal processes are performing. KPIs are quantifiable measurements, agreed to beforehand, that are identified as critical factors in achieving the organizational goals or mission.

Critical Success Factors (CSF) are the most important things to do to increase the probability of success of the process. CSF are the strategic, technical, and organizational implantation prerequisite. CSF focuses on obtaining, maintaining and leveraging capability, skills and behavior.
